操作流程：
Operation process:
1、放在一個平整干凈的平面上，連接電源和氣源，兩者確認接通之后就開始進行操作。
1. Put it on a flat and clean surface, connect the power supply and air source, and start the operation after they are confirmed to be connected.

2、打膠機中間會有一個混膠過程，在供膠機上面混膠完畢之后，需要在電子顯示屏上控制面板上進行選擇“行走設(shè)置”。打開界面之后按T1鍵前進行走。在機頭停止時，打開機頭上面B膠閥門，接著在控制面板上找到Esc鍵返回主界面，然后F2狀態(tài)設(shè)置，在打開界面后按K3鍵供膠開始，當膠嘴中完全混合的膠流出按K4鍵結(jié)束供膠。

After mixing the glue on the glue feeder, you need to select "walking setting" on the control panel on the electronic display screen. After opening the interface, press T1 to move forward. When the machine head stops, open the B glue valve on the machine head, then find the ESC key on the control panel to return to the main interface, and then set the F2 status. After opening the interface, press the K3 key to start the glue supply. When the glue completely mixed in the glue mouth flows out, press the K4 key to end the glue supply.
3、需要記住的是工作結(jié)束之后或者在較長時間不工作時，需要沖洗混膠裝置，防止供膠管的堵塞，影響未來使用效果。

4、調(diào)整環(huán)節(jié)：吸盤調(diào)整：涂膠機吸盤與旋轉(zhuǎn)臺的高度調(diào)整合適。

5、氣動開關(guān)、膠嘴、探針調(diào)整：將事先合好的中空玻璃放在旋轉(zhuǎn)臺上，靠近涂膠機工作面，然后中空玻璃推到定位上，調(diào)整膠嘴與玻璃的高度，使出膠嘴的出膠口中心語鋁槽中心在同一個水平線上：膠嘴與玻璃之間的頂力合適：鋁槽深度檢測探針與出膠口中心線在統(tǒng)一水平線上。
5. Adjustment of pneumatic switch, rubber nozzle and probe: put the pre closed insulating glass on the rotary table close to the working surface of the gluing machine, and then push the insulating glass to the positioning to adjust the height between the rubber nozzle and the glass, Make the center of the glue outlet of the glue nozzle and the center of the aluminum groove on the same horizontal line: the jacking force between the glue nozzle and the glass is appropriate; the aluminum groove depth detection probe and the center line of the glue outlet are on the same horizontal line.
