等設(shè)定好然后返回找到玻璃厚度設(shè)定，先是玻璃的厚度然后是鋁隔條然后還是玻璃的厚度，輸入完以后，點擊設(shè)置進入。等命令位置和當(dāng)前位置數(shù)值一致即可，注意設(shè)置時傳送帶上不要有玻璃。

然后是混交了，按膠按鈕，按工作選擇按鈕，然后按拍膠啟動，在按伐開，此時膠頭以出膠，等看不見白膠，以混均勻以后按伐關(guān)，再按鏈接生產(chǎn)線，自動運行，此時可以自動打膠。

調(diào)試的注意事項：
Matters needing attention in debugging:
1、在當(dāng)天機器操作完畢后要把膠管內(nèi)的膠沖出，防止硬化；如果長時間不實用要注意用煤油清洗膠管和膠槍。
1. After the operation of the machine on the same day, the glue in the hose should be flushed out to prevent hardening; If it is not practical for a long time, pay attention to clean the hose and gun with kerosene.
2、雙組份打膠機使用的硅酮膠或聚硫膠要注意雜質(zhì)不能過高，低質(zhì)量的膠容易堵塞膠管的過濾系統(tǒng)，造成出膠不暢或不均勻。

4、液壓站系統(tǒng)的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實際情況，調(diào)至滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安全事故。
4. The pressure of the hydraulic station system can not be adjusted too high. According to the indoor environment temperature and other actual conditions, the pressure should be adjusted to meet the requirements of the normal glue output of the rubber nozzle and the uniform glue injection. When opening the hydraulic station, the glue gun must be opened, otherwise the pressure of component B pipeline will rise very high, causing safety accidents.
